Return Policy

At Miss Finch NYC, we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, you have 7 days from the delivery date to do so. Here are the requirements for eligible returns:

• It must be unaltered, unwashed, and still have the tags attached.

Keep in mind that sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Once we receive the merchandise and everything checks out, we'll refund your original payment method. It usually takes 2-3 business days to process your return after we receive the items at our warehouse.

To start a return:

• Fill out our return form on our website here.
• We'll give you a return authorization number.

Please note that we don't offer exchanges or credit for goods shipped outside the USA for international returns.

Make sure to package your return securely to help speed up the process. Remember, you're responsible for the cost of return shipping, as we don't provide return labels.
